Certificates of authenticity and license PDFs, created automatically for every matching order.

As soon as an order is paid, COA Suite creates a personal PDF certificate for every assigned product and emails it to your customer together with a download link. A QR code leads to a public verification page.

How it works

  1. List of certificate templates with base design and branding

    Create a template and a rule

    Pick a design, set logo and accent colour, then choose by product tag or product ID which products get a certificate. Optionally with edition numbers like 03/30.

  2. List of recently issued certificates with their status

    Issued automatically

    Every paid order creates one certificate per unit, each with its own number. The dashboard shows delivery status, resend and revoke.

  3. Public verification page of a valid certificate of authenticity

    Verified by QR code

    Scanning the QR code shows whether the certificate is valid, which product it covers and when it was issued. No login, no customer data.

Data and hosting

  • Customer name and email are only used to create and send the certificate, never stored.
  • The verification page shows no customer data, every link has its own unguessable key.
